The rooms at the ground level and on the first floor are located in the prefabricated part of the building. It is here that one can see the application of bio architecture clearly. The merit and benefits of choosing a prefabricated building are several: soundproofing, thermal insulation, earthquake-proofing and more. Prefabricated houses also utilize a higher amount of recycled material, thus contributing to our environmental ethic.
