AliseA’s cellar is located about 7 metres deep below the house. It’s a pre-existing, natural cave in the soil, which has been discovered during the construction of the house and outfitted in order to preserve food and wine. The vault made of antique bricks and the wooden loft contribute to create a fascinating setting; and so does the 30 meters long tunnel dug in the soil. The tunnel, which resembles an old mine, ends in the wood, where you can have a pleasant walk immersed in the nature. Here in the cellar, you can taste and buy local, genuine and organic wines.
